A survey course designed to introduce students to the United States Air Force and Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps. Featured topics include: mission and organization of the Air Force, officership and professionalism, military customs and courtesies, Air Force career opportunities, group leadership problems, and an introduction to communication skills. LLAB is an interactive environment that constitutes up to 50 percent of the contact hours of the AFROTC college curriculum. It is an integral part of preparing cadets to serve as Air Force officers. LLAB provides the opportunity for cadets to practice their officership and develop leadership and management techniques.
