Overview

A Minor in Adult Learning, Training and Organizational Development (ALTOD), offered by the Department of Policy, Organizational and Leadership Studies, can complement a range of existing majors across Temple, including, among others: Human Resource Management, Psychology, Education, Business Management, Communication Management, and Social Work. The ALTOD minor can open up expanded career opportunities for students through our applied focus on adult learning, training, and organizational skill development.

Requirements

The minor in Adult Learning, Training and Organizational Development consists of 15 credit hours in Adult Learning, Training and Organizational Development coursework.

Students must complete the following courses:
