About the Program

This program is not open for direct admission. The Master of Arts in Psychology is awarded to students enrolled in the Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) program in Psychology en route to completion of their doctoral degree. Students must successfully complete 36 credits of required coursework.

Area of Specialization in Clinical Psychology

Students must successfully complete 36 credits of required coursework as well as completion of a predissertation research project – a manuscript style write-up of an empirical study that is approved by their primary advisor.
